Sellers need someone who will work diligently to market, show, write and review contracts, negotiate, coordinate inspections and supervise the process from start to finish. Tina was born and raised in Georgia. With a Degree in Business Management, she pays attention to detail while striving to provide exceptional customer service. Tina is a Broker Associate and earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation with the Florida Association of Realtors. She serves on the Agent Leadership Council in her Market Center and is chairperson for the New Homes Committee, providing training and guidance to other members of the brokerage who represent buyers in the purchase of New Construction Homes.
Dane was born and raised in New York. He is a proud Veteran of the United States Navy who served our Country during the first Gulf War. He is deeply passionate about representing and serving his clients by finding them the perfect home or marketing their home to sell quickly. He is also acutely skilled in negotiations on behalf of his clients.
Together Tina and Dane are living their dream while providing extraordinary service to their clients. They have five children and 10 grandchildren. In their spare time, along with their Labrador Retriever rescue Blaze, they enjoy all the amazing outdoor activities Florida has to offer, spending time with the grandchildren, Broadway shows, sports events, outdoor entertainment and of course the most beautiful Gulf Beaches!
