Tina was fantastic! I just happened to find her through Zillow - she was our realtor for the house we purchased and then we used her for the house we had to sell as well. Tina is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and the KC metro area. She has a great team that works with her, so if there was ever a time that Tina was unavailable (which was rare) another team member stepped in. She works with very reliable, trustworthy and competent contractors and businesses - we didn't have to go looking for anything, she always knew who to call. Tina is very down to earth - she's honest and forthcoming - she takes time to explain things - and she stays on top of things and gets stuff done. We would work with her again and will enthusiastically recommend her!

Tina is just the best! Stuck with us for months, traipsing through house after house until we discovered what we wanted and needed. Found the perfect one. Tina gave us great advice, helped us get the best deal on the new house. THEN she helped us sell our old house. In 2 weeks, for more money than we expected. Good listener, always answered her phone, very knowledgeable AND fun.

Tina assisted my daughter in finding/purchasing her condo and I was please with her quick response everytime we called her to see a property. She was also helpful in selling my home. She provided me feedback on what needed to be updated, she did a walkthru with my contractor afterward providing him with thing that needed attention. She suggested a great selling price for my home and it sold within 12 hours of listing.
I was thinking it should be priced $10,000 less. She knows her industry. She is a wonderful person to work with! I also enjoy all the things her company sends out as appreciation gifts throughout the year.

Tina is a rock star real estate agent! I interviewed several agents for the sale of my property in Independence. Tina showed up to the initial appointment very well prepared with data to help me determine my selling price. She was excellent at following-up with all prospective buyers and helped sell my property quickly in the desired price range. Every time any difficulty was encountered, Tina was quick to communicate and help resolve the issues. I would highly recommend Tina and will contact her again for my next real estate transaction!
