Tina was very encouraging and knowledgeable. When we were feeling like giving up on the home search, she was positive and encouraging, while being realistic. Tina helped us find our dream house in Santa Cruz. I have too many good things to say about Tina!

Before we met Tina, we were looking around in the area without any clue and wasted lots of time. Tina was so knowledgable and familiar with this area. All the houses she recommended us to look - we fell in love with! That really made the experience super pleasant and efficient.

Then she worked patiently with us on writing up and submitting offers. She didn't ask us to go crazy on prices and always suggested the "appropriate" amount. In just a few weeks, we purchased a great house near the ocean with a great price!

I would say if we had another agent, the experience would not have been that pleasant and efficient. Tina is the best! She also went above and beyond her responsibilities to help us move in. Even after we move in, we're still consulting her as she's so knowledgable, nice and helpful! Thank you Tina for all you've done for us. 🌹
