I have worked with many realtors in the past. I have to say that Tina is by far my favorite. She takes the time to listen and understand our needs and wants, then she go out and works for us like no one else. During the process of finding the right house, our wants and needs changed a few times and she had the patience to find exactly what we were looking for. During the closing process she was on top of all of the administrative and non so administrative tasks to make sure we had a fair deal. If you want someone to just find you a house, go with anyone else. If you want to make a friend in the process and have many many years of experience by your side to include many contacts in the finance, inspections, insurance and contracting side of things, then you give Tina a call. Tina, THANK YOU!!!!

As a lender, I have worked with plenty of realtors and Tina, by far, is the most involved and considerate one. She really goes above and beyond for her client. I’m not writing this review to win her business but only to really give her credit for how she helped our mutual client. She is amazing and really understands what the client wants and makes it happen. It was a privilege working with her and I hope to work with her again.

"When my husband and I were looking to relocate from NY to FL Tina Silva was or agent. Tina listened carefully to our list of wishes for fulfilling our dream home. While we were still in NY, Tina spoke with us weekly on the phone and almost daily through emails reviewing potential real estate. Once we were finally able to travel to FL, we found Tina to be just as professional and detail orientated in person. While touring some of our selected real estate, Tina was totally tuned into the details and always kept our best interest in mind especially with some homes that did not quite fulfill our expectations. When we found our dream home, Tina immediately went into action to get the ball rolling ahead so that we could return to NY to tie up our real estate there. Today, we are enjoying our FL dream home and have the best neighbors and love our neighborhood! Bless you and thank you Tina for being a part of our journey in finding our FL dream home. Ms. Tina Silva was a perfect fit for us. She quickly understood what we were looking for..something a little more difficult to find than usual and made sure we were aware of the +/- of our request/requirements before we made the trip which was 1-2 hrs one way in most cases. She was very knowledgable about the areas we were looking in and was always prompt and a pleasure to work with. Have recomended her although don't know if productive.
