This is one of those instances when I wish there were 10 stars because Tina Smith with Century 21 Scheetz deserves every single one of them! I had a few friends recommend their realtors but I never reached out to them. Tina came recommended by my mortgage company and I immediately called her. She got back to me very quickly. When we met in person we immediately hit it off. She is the sweetest person. Tina was also very honest with me, and I knew from the beginning she was someone I could trust to have my best interest in mind. It’s a crazy market right now with sale prices going way above asking. I’m sure many realtors would have had me throwing money at the properties just to get one and be done with a customer. Not Tina!. She quickly learned what I liked and didn’t like in a home. She made sure I didn’t offer more than a property was worth even though it would have resulted in a much higher commission for her. She put my needs before her own and she was great to reassure me that “the right house” was out there. S She was right!! Tina offered great advice and helped me get my absolute dream home!! And even better I’ve found a friend for life! I will sing her praises all day, every day!!

My wife and I have been involved in 12 real estate transactions over the past 7 years and have worked with many wonderful realtors. Tina is by far the BEST realtor we have ever worked with. She recently helped us sell our home and from the first phone call it was clear she is a committed to doing everything she can to make her clients happy and make their lives easier, which was important to us since we were living in a different state at the time.

Tina made the process seamless. She did an amazing job of staging the house! The little changes she made here and there allowed the house to not only show great but photograph well. She took care of arranging for a cleaner and painter to come in and do some minor touch ups, all of which took the pressure off us.

The photos and write up were first class and shortly after listing our home we have 4 above ask offers! Tina set up a spread sheet to review the offers which helped a great deal. She did a great job communicating with other realtors and she always promptly responded to our texts or phone calls.

Also, when we ran into some snags with our movers, Tina came to the rescue and solved all our problems effortlessly and professionally.

We cannot say enough good things about how we were treated throughout the whole process. Even more importantly, Tina is a great person with sterling character, a great sense of humor and a true desire to do amazing work.

As a first-time buyer, I tried looking on my own but was completely unprepared for what I was getting myself into and didn’t know what to look for.
