I have now used Tina in two separate real estate transactions, and saying that she has met my expectations is an understatement. In situations in which I hire someone for a service job, I consider myself to be a tough but fair client. Unlike others before, I never had to be tough with Tina because her level of communication, expectation setting, and proactiveness put me in a place where I felt at ease and like I could trust that I was in good hands. She treats each client like they are her only client and her care and concern for your real estate transaction and your life don’t stop on closing day. I will also add that no service industry expert (me included) has all the answers to every question, but for any question or topic I brought to her where she was not 100% sure, she reached out to resources and found the answer for me.

I have already recommended her to my family, and I do not doubt that she will be my only call at the time of my next real estate transaction.

Tina Tighe is truly a "five" star realtor! She was there for me every step of the way...from getting the home ready to market to the inspection repairs needed for closing. I would not have been successful on my home sale without her contacts and expertise. Six offers during open house in one weekend!!! Thank you!!

Tina was absolutely incredible!! She’s so patient, kind, knowledgeable and cares about the people first. This was our first house purchase and she was so informative as there was a lot that we didn’t know. I highly recommend Tina to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!! Thank you for all you did for us to help us get into our first home. We love it!!
