Her journey into real estate began through her passion project—Relaxed Living by Sams, a home staging business she founded to help sellers create inviting, beautiful spaces that feel like home to buyers.

Tina’s dedication to service is deeply rooted in her background in fire rescue and criminal justice. As a Level 3 Fire Instructor who primarily teaches EMTs, she’s no stranger to high-pressure environments and always shows up for others—whether it’s in an emergency situation or at the closing table. That same commitment, reliability, and care are what her clients can count on throughout every step of the real estate process.

A proud Marylander, Tina loves her community and takes pride in supporting those around her. From helping families find the right home to uplifting neighbors through local involvement, she’s passionate about making a difference where she lives and works.
