Tina Wu and Ray Shay are superstar realtors and I highly suggest them to anyone trying to sell their home. We had struggled all summer trying to sell our house with another agent. After meeting with Tina and Ray we knew we needed their help. Within a week of signing our contract with them, they had fixed all the issues we had and gotten us a full asking price offer. They are very transparent and communicate every step of the process and made what was a very stressful situation into a very pleasant experience. Buying a home in this crazy seller’s market is extremely tough. It is even tougher for out of state buyers like us. Fortunately, we found our relator Tina Wu in San Diego in 2019. For nearly three years, Tina has been patiently working with us when we visited San Diego twice from Indiana. And we did lots of remote viewings while we were in Indiana. During this period, Tina has never given up, even sometimes my wife and I wanted to give up. She kept encouraging us but not pushing, to allow us to make own decisions. We finally bought a home at San Diego in February 2022 so we can be closer to our daughters in California. After the closing, Tina continues to help us with works at the new home such as termite treatment while we are busy with selling our home in Indiana right now (March 2022). In investment, "There is no alternative," often abbreviated as "TINA". In our case, we could not have done it without TINA. She is a very knowledgeable realtor, but more importantly a caring and kind person.

In this housing market, it’s necessary to have an expert on your side who is connected through the local real estate agencies and with the community. These were the main reason why we contacted Tina Wu / Shay Realtor.

We were pleasantly surprised that we got more. Tina is a warm, caring person who we found easy to talk to and easy to contact. It was clear she wanted the best for our family with such a big investment and gave us the inside scoop on each of the neighborhoods.

Tina has a strong network of lenders, inspectors, stagers, etc so you can maximize your property whether you’re selling or buying.

Tina Wu is the real estate agent of your dreams! She made the process of selling our home super easy, even though we were in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
