Tiphanne Crowe listed and sold my home in 2016. Before the property was listed Ms. Crowe suggested inexpensive upgrades to improve the presentation of my home, and enlisted the services of a designer to discuss paint colors for the interior and exterior, furniture placement, small updates and landscaping ideas. Ms. Crowe had great and affordable ideas! Also, she was very responsive, professional and positive throughout the sales process. Ms. Crowe found a great buyer for my home and I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

In 2020, during the pandemic, Ms. Crowe helped me find a home to purchase. She was professional and patient as we maneuvered the complications associated with purchasing during the pandemic.
