This review is long overdue, but let me just say that Tish is AMAZING! We originally started off with a different agent who worked under a different
brokerage. That agent was very nice, but when we decided to expand our search to other areas, due to lack of traction, she wasn't familiar with some of the areas we wanted to expand our search to, so she suggested working with an agen who is familiar with those areas. That's when we were blessed to find Tish! Tish responded right away when I inquired about a property. I was impressed that she reached out right away and asked if I was free to talk via phone. We talked and hit it off right away. She started searching for proper right away and we were scheduled for viewings within
1 day. The process was grueling. We viewed a lot of properties. Tish was relentless. Tish was a FIERCE advocate and was serious about ensuring we were protected and even called agents out for misrepresentarions in listings. Even when we made offers that got rejected, we go discouraged. Tish gave us a couple of weeks to recoup but coached us to get back at it. Tish's knowledge and skills are uncomparable! I really believe that it made the difference in us finding the home that was perfect for us. She really listened and heard us, and delivered. She even had access to people she referred us to for lending, inspections appraisals and an attorney. If you are looking for an agent, Tish is the one! You won't be disappointed. I don't think we could have had a better agent than Tish!
