My husband and I started our home buying journey at the apex of the 2020 - 2022 real estate gold rush.
If you were in the market pre-raising rates, you know the vibe. Agents announcing their profession fast enough to make crossfitting vegans blush. You gotta buy yesterday, there's no time to tour the house but we need to waive inspection. Cringe.
TJ Anderson is not that kind of agent.
When we met TJ, the first words out of his mouth didn't include "agent." The several thousand that followed didn't either.
TJ Anderson built a genuine relationship with us.
He didn't mention that he was in real estate until we approached the topic. He treated us like humans, not a quick commission.
So, now that the cat is out of the bag (sorry, TJ), what can you expect?
TJ Anderson is a standout agent. His knowledge of the market is unmatched. He was constantly in contact with us, sharing information as quickly as it was received. We were in a gold rush, after all.
But anyone can add you to the automated listing emails.
TJ Anderson practiced patience, and helped calm our nerves in a crazy market.
We relied heavily on his expertise, given the frantic pace of the market. Listings go up and 12 hours later, the house is under contract.
We looked at a lot of houses. We made a number of quality offers. And we had our misses. The gold rush wasn't kind to first time home buyers.
My husband and I became near-numb to the process. The outside world told us to abandon our principles - that's the only way to outbid the flippers and developers.
TJ Anderson was the signal above the noise.
Our accepted offer story was a roller coaster of emotions. We missed out on our dream house - 3/2 with 2 acres for our boys and dogs. We had a great offer on the house but we ended up losing to an out-of-town Zillow surfer with more coin than your local wash-n-fold.
We were devastated when we found out.
It hit TJ pretty hard too. I know, I know... he is our agent. But he is also a good human that is emotionally invested in his clients.
A week later, the deal went bust. Guess who the selling agent called first?
TJ Anderson.
Listen. It's easier to find an agent than a drunken bachelorette party on Broadway. Don't get caught in the shuffle.

I used TJ Anderson Homes as a selling agent for my condo in downtown Nashville. I had originally used a different realtor who “posted and coasted” my listing on the MLS waiting for buyers to come to him and after months of little to no movement. I switched over to TJ Anderson Homes and they coordinated open houses with different realtors, who had condos listed in my building, as well as aggressively marketed my property through social media and online platforms. My condo had offers within 2 weeks of switching over to TJ Anderson Homes and TJ personally executed an offer on his wedding day for me. You can’t get any better service than that. I usually don’t write reviews but i feel like it is rare these days to get great service. My wife and I have bought and sold two homes with TJ. The first was a great experience; when we needed to move quickly and I wanted to hit the market with a lower sale price he convinced me we could go higher and he was right - we had multiple offers all over asking. The second home is why I am writing the review. The house we wanted was up for sale due to a divorce between the home owners. It was a Contentious situation to stay the least. TJ navigated the craziness all the way through, keeping my wife sane through the ordeal while still keeping the process moving. To say it was an unusually event, it involved court ordered sale , an assigned selling agent and a potential squatter (not kidding). If TJ wasn’t there with us every step of the way, we would have moved on. Instead we got a great deal on our dream home and have loved it ever since. I would highly recommend him and his company.

A true professional... Hire Zavior as your realtor now! He was just whom we needed, a godsend, as we were transitioning to the Nashville area. It could have been very difficult to locate and actually purchase our dream home from long distance. However, Zavior was there every step of the way, saving us a lot of time on our monthly visits by scouting homes ahead of time and only showing those that he knew might meet our criteria. Eventually, we decided to build in a new development that he found. Zavior was there every step of the way, when we could not be, to check on the progress. I can't recommend TJ enough. He's managed three transactions (sale, purchase, sale) and each time made us feel like we were his only clients. Most recently, we had to put our home on the market because we moved out of state, and TJ managed the project for us, serving as our eyes & ears back in Nashville. When deadly tornadoes struck the city, thankfully sparing our home from damage, TJ walked through the property for us and kept in constant contact during the days following the storm to calm our nerves.
