Toby was extremely informative and pleasant to work with in helping me find and close on my first home. He helped guide me through the home buying process and was a phone call/text away for any of the many questions I had while searching for and buying my home. In addition to being a great resource himself, Toby was able to connect me with a network of other great and reliable people to help me along the way of the home buying process, which made things very streamlined and easy, especially for a first time buyer like myself. I really appreciated the time he took out to explain everything along the way and I would highly reccommend Toby if you are looking to buy a home.

Toby is the best. I was nearly a first time home buyer but got the coldest feet of all time and decided to rent instead. Toby was on my side the entire team, even as I pulled out last minute (like very last minute) and immediately pivoted to helping me find a rental.

It’s not a matter of if I will partner with Toby again it is a matter of when, it felt like just that, a partnership.

I was dreading selling my mom’s house, if for nothing else, finding a competent realtor who wouldn’t overly complicate an already complex set of procedures. As my luck would have it, enter one Toby DeLaRosa…a shining star if there ever was one. He made the entire process so much less of an ordeal—in fact, it was so quick, painless, and, yes, easy that it truly was not an ordeal at all. Toby was consummate professional, explaining things in a very relatable fashion and answering each & every one of our questions in a calm, knowledgable way. Toby was a pleasure to work with. I hired him to list my condo for rent, he did the research to determine to determine what the monthly rent should be, listed the property and handled the showing and all the paperwork, pre move in inspection and all communications with the new tenant. Working with Toby DeLaRosa was a great experience. He provided an accurate market analysis and marketing plan before listing. He did a superb job getting maximum exposure for the house. He held a brokers open house and several buyer open houses which were well attended. He did frequent email blasts to agents and targeted buyer ads. After the contract was signed he was on top of getting everything needed for closing. He attended the buyer's inspection to make sure it went smoothly. I have been through many real estate transactions and I can confidently say this was the most positive experience. I highly recommend working with Toby DeLaRosa.
