Toby helped us sell our first home AND find a new home! He was very responsive, answered our many questions patiently, and provided great insight. What we appreciated most was he gave us all the information we asked for to help us make the decision. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to go one way or the other, which helped in the stressful process that is home buying & selling. Toby and Rachel are both amazing realtors. They are complete professionals and our experiences working with them were nothing short of amazing. I value their honesty, professionalism, patience and drive to meet all our expectations. They are connected with a fantastic stager and photographer and their relationship with them resulted in a showing of our place that appealed to the maximum range of buyers with a modern style, especially because of how much people use the internet to make their first impressions of a place. We communicated daily, if I had any questions they answered them, while always providing the facts, pros and cons. The final decision is always left to you. They never pushed or pressured us into making a hasty decision. They always provided with straight/ factual data to make an informed decision. For our house sale they were driven to get us the highest price in our neighborhood for our property - something they had assured us at the time we were going to put our house on sale. They not only delivered on it but exceeded our expectations. They put in a lot of effort to make our house look absolutely gorgeous and managed all of the work that was required to be done during the selling process. And finally, when it came to negotiating the bids/offers they was very tactful in making sure to that we get the maximum value and the transaction goes smoothly. At a time when the real estate market is tricky, it can be challenging to find a true professional who takes responsibility, has the needed expertise, and goes above and beyond for his clients. We couldn't have been happier with our relationship with Toby and Rachel, and with the results they brought us. I would recommend the Lim Group to the fullest extent.

Toby is by far the best real estate agent I know. He is extremely kind and personable, has incredible attention to detail, and excellent follow-through. Toby found the perfect office in a prime location for our IT start up. We started the search process towards the end of February with a move-in target date of May 2, 2016. Toby was professional, conscientious, and motivated through out the entire process. He made us feel like we were his only clients. Toby exceeded our expectations and we were able to move in by April 15, 2016. We really appreciate Toby's advice and quick response to our questions. We highly recommend him and/or come back to him for any real estate future transactions.

My house was on the market for over two years, before I finally met Rachel Lim and Toby Lim. They helped me price my house by showing me updated comps every month. This really helped me understand the market and what I needed to do to sell my house. She is very thorough and explains everything very clearly. I knew I could trust her with her advice and also because it made complete sense. Rachel helped me upgrade my kitchen by telling me what I needed to renovate in order to get my house sold, scheduled the contractor to come over, and even helped me negotiate with granite pricing. Rachel also helped me declutter my home and did some staging prior to putting my house on the market. I am so glad I used Rachel and Toby as my agent and really appreciate all the hard work that was put in to selling my home. I understand it was a really difficult situation to sell the home that was on the market for so long. I would recommend her to anyone.

It was great having Rachel on our side for our first home purchase. She was very knowledgeable of the area and introduced my husband and I to many listings we wouldn't have even thought about. Our apartment lease was ending soon and we didn't want to pay month to month. Rachel knew we were on a time crunch and made her best efforts to show us homes at last minute requests and also at times it was most convenient for us. When we finally found the one, the transaction seemed to pass by very smoothly. She seemed very responsive as she would respond rather quickly to our emails and made us feel more comfortable about purchasing our first home with her. I definitely recommend Rachel Lim.
