He was born and raised in Colorado and settled into real estate in 1991. Tod has a very cool son named Brett, who Tod adores and spends as much time with as possible. Brett is 30 years old, and he is an 8-year Navy Veteran. Tod has been practicing real estate in Colorado since 1991, and has never looked back, even in uncertain times. He has a passion for this industry as he has been involved in many aspects of it. He has managed for Coldwell Banker, achieved top producer status, and he is very involved in training and education for realtors, as well as the Colorado Real Estate Commission.

Tod’s focus has always been providing easy going and relaxed world class service for his clients. Tod’s areas of business span from Castle Rock to the Wyoming border, mainly because he grew up there, and his sphere of influence covers the front range.
