Tod Von Brinegar

Tod Von Brinegar has been the Managing Broker / Qualifying Broker for the HomeSmart GA companies since March of 2010. Tod manages and guides the company's agents through each phase of broker review and contract negotiation and settlement. Tod is a seasoned real estate broker/manager with a long history in the Atlanta market. An Atlanta resident since 1979, Tod earned his BA in 1995 from DeKalb Technical College.

Tod began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker's Condo Store division, where he gained market and industry knowledge as an agent and administrator. Tod later joined Morris & Raper Intown Realtors in their re-sale division as Director of Operations.

Tod practiced under the broker before becoming a full time Realtor and later, a team leader for the TodMod and The Art of Living teams. As a team leader, Tod realized that assisting and guiding agents was his area of professional and personal contribution, so he returned to broker management. Affiliating with Crye-Leike Realtors, a nationally franchised broker, he again managed agents in tandem with the broker.

Tod joined PalmerHouse Properties in January 2010 as Director of Operations and was subsequently named Qualifying Broker, Vice President and later Senior Vice President.
