Last year around this time we tried to purchase a house and had some major difficulties. Sadly we did not get that house but we knew there was a better one out there for us. We also knew that the buying process had to be easier and we found that statement to be true when we found Todd. I can remember the moment that I met Todd on a weekday evening at his office in Cedar Hills, he was full of energy and smiling from ear to ear. He sat us down and got to know us on a more personal level. He asked us our hobbies and what we both wanted in a house, he was 100% genuine from the start. We’ve dealt with several people in our home buying process before and we felt like they weren’t on our team, that all they wanted was a “sale”. Todd wanted to navigate us through a huge life decision with care and ease, he was on our team from the beginning. Todd was there every single step of the way. He explained everything to us and gave us honest opinions which was refreshing. He came to every showing and every walk through inspection for our new home. He gave us a timeline and everything on that timeline happened when it was actually supposed to happen! We received the keys to our first home last week. The feeling of walking into a home that you worked so hard for is the most amazing feeling in the world and its all because of Todd! Lauren & Cody Heeter
