Todd Beddard

Originally from Ohio, the Carolinas have been home to Todd for over 40 years. After a corporate career that included manufacturing management, consulting, financial services, and investment banking, his enjoyment of helping others lead him to real estate full-time over seven years ago. In addition to helping people with their real estate needs, he is a real estate investor as well.
Todd enjoys working with sellers, buyers and investors, and his business is concentrated in the Greater Charlotte NC area including surrounding areas in North Carolina and South Carolina. Todd's clients become friends. His kindness, strong work ethic, expertise, attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and negotiating skills combine to make him a sought-after professional.
Todd is happily married and the proud father of two adult daughters. He enjoys time with his family including their two dogs, Debo and Breezy. Hobbies include traveling, golfing, guitar and piano playing, running (more like jogging or walking), and community gardening.
