11/25/2013 - kcpastor Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Mt. Lookout, Cincinnati, OH. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were anxious about the process. Uncertain of what we were in for, Todd made the entire experience enjoyable, relaxing and stress-free. His honesty, patience and knowledge were refreshing as we had previously heard of realtors pushing their clients in uncomfortable directions. He let us form our own opinions every time we entered a home which created an effective and productive search. Todd took the time to get to know us and our wish list, and he listened carefully and adjusted appropriately as our wish list changed during the process. He made us feel supported as transplants to Cincinnati and educated us in a way that helped us narrow down the neighborhoods that were most suitable for our lifestyle. Todd was there during every important step in the home buying process, and I would recommend his professional and diligent expertise to anyone.
