Todd was born and raised in the Carolinas and attended East Carolina University. Upon graduation Todd was determined to help his clients attain their health and fitness goals this led him to the field of personal training.

After years of helping his clients attain their health goals Todd earned a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate and began a journey of volunteer teaching throughout the world. This eventually turned into a successful career as an academic counselor helping international students achieve their dreams of studying abroad in the US, Canada, and the UK.

After a decade of helping international students, Todd decided it was time to focus on helping those close to his heart and home in the Carolinas.

This prompted Todd to laser focus his life on helping families in the Wilmington area navigate effortlessly through the sometimes-daunting task of realizing their dream of buying and selling a home in the Wilmington area.

Todd is happily married to Krystal Bryant. They are in the process of adopting man’s best friend.
