I was very fortunate to have Todd Casey recommended to me to use as my real estate agent. Todd has been so helpful in many ways. We thought the home was sold after four days on the market. However, with an inspection, rotted wood was found in the floor and walls of the family room of the home. Todd was able to find a team of really super contractors who were able to practically rebuild that room.

Todd briefed me about the things I needed to know about selling a home. He was not pushy but very kind and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had, and I appreciated his guidance. The best news is that the buyers who had previously backed out after the inspection, came back when they found it was being fixed and are the new owners.

I was a first time buyer. Of anything really. Besides purchasing vehicles. I was as ignorant as ignorant could be. Didn’t know the first thing involved with purchasing a place of residency. Todd walked me through everything. And I mean -“ WALKED”. Any question(and there were many of these) or any concern, he would get right back to me and help me through the whole process. The communication Todd presented to me the entire journey is what made me feel less anxious and less worrisome about my life-changing purchase.
