About Todd

Todd grew up in a sales family of entrepreneurs. His dad was at KFDI, and his mom was a licensed realtor. He got licensed at 22 years old, in the late 80’s, when interest rates were in the double digits. Todd was always drawn to new homes and started out in Landmark Communities with Elton Parsons. He dabbled a bit in resale and fully immersed himself in education to “earn client’s confidence with knowledge,” he explained, since he had not yet purchased his own home. Todd’s passion starts from the paper to the dirt to the construction. “It is so rewarding to see what dreams come out of the dirt.”
