Todd has a relentless passion for real estate. For decades many of his friends and family have suggested he consider getting a bumper sticker made that says, “Buying St. Clair County one house at a time.” After countless moves within the area Todd realized this passion could be put to good use by helping others to both buy and sell real estate. With each one of his homes, he learned about different areas, neighborhoods, housing types, building structures, home repairs, home maintenance, inspections, appraisals, and so much more.
Within the first four years of being a licensed realtor, Todd received the RASI Sales Award for the single largest residential sales transaction of the year and has been welcomed into the REMAX Executive Club in 2020, 2022 and 2023. In 2024 Todd was received into the REMAX 100% Club.
Todd has a deep history in business with decades of experience in state compliance, marketing, negotiations and finance. After 37 years in the automotive industry Todd decided it was the perfect time to follow his passion in real estate, becoming a licensed agent/broker.
Today, Todd and his wife, Sharon, live just outside of Belleville. Sharon says it’s their forever home and Todd needs to use all of his energy in helping others with their real estate dreams. Away from work, they love to spend time with family & friends, camping, baseball, college football and serving at their local church.
