Todd Hancock

Growing up as the son of a Broker/Realtor®, Todd toured listings, helped rehab homes, worked construction, explored acres of land, and listened in on negotiations long before starting his real estate career. Since 2003, Todd has been driven to deliver outstanding customer service, client representation and sales results with a solid background in development and construction processes, as well residential real estate marketing and sales. He has worked with several of Atlanta’s most prominent builders and developers including The Providence Group, MDC Homes, Southeast Capital Partners, and Jim Chapman Communities and Point Construction at Grace Point 30A. He was a team member at top producing RE/MAX, Keller Williams, and Compass brokerages in Atlanta before relocating to Florida. Todd is committed to establishing lasting relationships with developers, builders, mortgage companies, brokers and, most importantly, his customers. When he is not helping customers with their real estate needs, his passion is fitness. Workouts, runs, tennis, biking, live music, photography, chasing sunsets, and walks with his rescue dog, Sandy.
