Todd Harrington's passion has always involved helping people and families find a solution to their real estate and housing needs. He grew up in Wayzata, MN in the family business of renovating houses into homes and buildings into beautiful rental properties. He is active in finding distressed properties and is very knowledgeable in the construction and renovation costs associated with these projects. Todd has managed many Multi-Family, Duplex, Triplex, and Fourplex properties. He works with a network of sellers, investors, and subcontractors to do the larger and smaller jobs that these properties require.
