Todd is simply the best. Sit down and write out all the qualities that you would want in a real estate agent and he slam dunks every single one of them. We were moving out of state and I just wish I could have had him representing us on the buying side here in NC. I really like my agent here in NC. We like her so much that we have used her twice. It was a no brained to pick her. That said, if I had had the option to bring Todd to NC with me and use him here...💯 would have chosen him. He is that good!!
