Hands down, we had the best experience selling our home through Todd! I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area. We attempted to sell our home without a realtor, and let me tell you, it was a learning experience! After nearly 7 months and 3 offers falling through for 1 reason or another, I did some research and decided to call Todd. Within a week we had an offer! From there he took care of literally everything! He was very responsive via text and calls, and all we had to do was show up to sign! We are so thankful, and appreciate Todd and his team for everything.

My wife and I have family in Poplar Bluff and were looking to get a part time property in that area. We ended up working with Todd at Poplar Bluff Realty to help us find a property. The communication was very important since we are not local to the area. Todd did a great job of finding many properties over several months for us to look at and consider. He was very patient with finding so many options for us. We eventually found a great 11 acre property with a small house/cabin on it. Todd and the others at Poplar Bluff realty handled everything for us during the purchase and closing process which was a huge help since we had to do everything remotely. Todd was great through the whole process. I called him said we were looking for a house and within an hour he was showing us some. He took notes on every house we looked at so that he could use those to find an even better option. Then he was even able to use his notes and remind us what we liked and disliked about each house. Todd focused on what we wanted and needed rather than a quick sale. He revolved his schedule around ours and was only a phone call away. He really took away a lot of stress that comes with purchasing a home.
