Since then, Todd has raised three kids in the Triangle, enjoyed watching two of them get married, one of them joined the Navy, and Todd recently became a first-time grandpa to the world’s cutest granddaughter.

Todd owns and manages a real estate appraisal company and has done so for over twenty years, this background uniquely qualifies Todd to help all his clients make the best and wisest decisions regarding their next home.
