Hudson's ability is rooted deeply in the business community. At 19 he was Illinois' youngest licensed loan officer, and he later founded his own successful mortgage brokerage – experience that has proven invaluable in helping his clients in the lending environment that can be challenging to less experienced agents. He added another layer of financial ability by working with the Royal Bank of Canada. Currently, Todd is working as an International Luxury Division Agent, with KW- Island Living.

Hudson is different from the ordinary Maui realtor in his sense of family, and how it continues to play into his career. He discovered Maui on frequent vacations as a child, and the depth of his appreciation for the island lifestyle and culture as an adult inspired his family to move here in 2004. Todd and his wife of 23 years, Kathy, have raised two daughters here, and exploring the island is a family passion. Todd doesn't just sell Maui real estate, he lives it.
