About Todd
Todd Johnson has over 15 years of office, retail and industrial real estate and property management experience in New York City and Long Island. He provides both landlord and tenant representation services to his clients. In addition to his commercial real estate practice, he has proven experience in investment sales, commercial property development, zoning and land use matters and property management. He has guided his clients, customers and employers through negotiations on real estate transactions, property management contracts and service agreements and developed feasibility and market analysis reports on a case-by-case basis as needed. He offers highly professional service that ensures that his clients can always make informed decisions and his customers are treated honestly and fairly.
2014 marked the beginning of his affiliation with Realty Connect USA (RCUSA). He is currently the commercial real estate specialist for the highly productive Vargas-Johnson Team at Realty Connect Commercial Partners and he is an active participant in the Commercial Network for the Long Island Board of Realtors.
He is a native New Yorker and earned his MBA from the Townsend School of Business after attending Princeton University and SUNY Old Westbury. He holds a New York State Real Estate Sales License and has completed many hours of industry specific education over his years in the commercial real estate business.
Todd is a former Deputy County Executive for Administration and Intergovernmental Relations in Suffolk County after serving as the Village Treasurer of the Incorporated Village of Patchogue. He also served as Director of Operations in New York City where he managed over 60 properties located throughout all five boroughs of New York City and as an Associate Executive Director at Stony Brook University where oversaw all retail and food services including overseeing the build-out of a 60,000 square foot dining center and negotiations with numerous vendors and contractors such as Starbucks, Amazon, Wendy’s and Barnes & Noble.
He currently serves as Chair of the Supervisory Committee of the Suffolk Federal Credit Union and as a Board Member of the Suffolk County Community College Foundation. In 2019 he served as a volunteer on the Executive Committee for the 2019 PGA Golf Championship at Bethpage Black in Farmingdale, NY.
Todd resides in Central Islip with his wife Nancy, a highly successful Associate Broker at RCUSA, and their lovely dog Bo Thai.
