About Todd

Founder of Rio Grande in 2001, Todd Kruger humbly started his real estate career by living in his RV at a local campground as he purchased his first investment property. Todd has become widely recognized as one of the foremost experts on Real Estate Investing in New Mexico. Over the past 2 decades, Todd has established a strong track record on single family fix and flip transactions having successfully completed over 1,684 deals to date along with multiple land developments and new construction projects. Todd’s current portfolio consists of 1,020 rental doors, and 4 self-storage businesses consisting of 797 units, a Denver based multi-family syndication and Vara Winery and Distillery. In addition to his real estate investments, Todd is also on the Board of Directors at the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors.
