Todd Land

Todd Land has lived in Walterboro since 1988 when he moved from Florida and opened a furniture retail store. He began buying and selling real estate and became a licensed real estate agent in 2001. After becoming a broker, he decided to become part of the Coldwell Banker family in 2005, opening his own office which is known as Coldwell Banker Todd Land Agency. His name, Todd Land, truly fits him! He loves the business and the place he calls home, the Lowcountry.
