What can I even say about Todd Landgrave? This man will work harder for you than any realtor I have ever met. We’ve bought and sold a few houses and before I met Todd I had been thinking that realtors were not really worth their commission, why not just handle it all yourself and save some percentage points? As someone new to the Denver area, it was great to have Todd's local expertise helping us find our first home. He admires Denver and knows it very well and positioned us with a beautiful home that's close to everything we love. He was also diligent and transparent with contracts and approvals, offering helpful alternatives when faced with road blocks. As is the case for most homebuyers right now, our search and purchase did not happen overnight – Todd was patient and professional throughout the whole process before we made our final decision.

Todd is a great broker with a ton of patience. In this market you need someone with tons of patience who looks at the world glass half full. Inventory moves quickly and you need a partner who will be with you every step of the way. He also brings with him technical expertise that he can pull you back down to earth when the shiny picture, fixtures and paint are just that-shiny. On more than one occasion we saw some glittering properties that were literally sinking! Just walking up to the house he provided factual information of the state of the property. Obviously make sure you get an inspection when you get under contract with him. It helps to have information up front to know when you offer and not. I learned a lot from him and would recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks for keeping me away from the ancestors, Todd!

Best experience ever with a real estate transaction. Todd is very knowledgeable and helped us through every step. We had to leave town immediately after the sale and Todd watched over the property all the way through closing. I found out at the beginning of December that I was promoted with my company. I was living in Austin Texas and would need to be living in Denver Colorado in just over thirty days. I started looking for homes online and clicked on a listing. Todd reached out to us and from the moment we had our first conversation he put us at easy. He took the time to show us house after house and each step of the way we felt he had our best interest at heart. He never sugar coated his impressions of a home. When we found our home we could tell he was comfortable with the choice as well. This was all done remotely so this was extra important. We had a short amount of time to make everything worth k and Todd was with us every step of the way. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. If we move on from our new home in the future Todd will be our first call. Truly an amazing person. Thank you Todd!

I worked with Todd on the sale of one property in Capitol Hill and the purchase of another closer to the foothills in the summer of 2017. In February/March 2018 my husband and I were searching tirelessly for a property in Highlands Ranch. At the time, it was a difficult market and we got out-bid on several properties until we found "the one"! Our house was originally overlooked, and after running into hard luck with some other properties Todd directed our attention back to the property that we eventually ended up purchasing. We are very happy with the decision and give Todd credit for helping us through the stressful buying experience. Todd was an excellent real estate agent during the entire process. He was very quick to respond to all of our needs, professional, punctual, involved, and an overall pleasure to work with in such difficult market conditions.
