Todd Lands

With the surname "Lands," it is fitting that he has become a REALTOR. Todd is committed to assisting individuals in their property transactions in Michigan. He has consistently expanded his knowledge and skills in the real estate industry, obtaining various certifications such as ABR, GRI, CSP, SRES, GREEN, and CRS. Todd's dedication to service extends beyond his career, as he actively participates in community initiatives like organizing coat drives and volunteering at a retirement center. He takes pride in being a REALTOR and upholds values such as ethics, loyalty, integrity, hard work, and service. Todd draws inspiration from his parents and grandfather, who have served as role models in his life. He aspires to continue assisting clients until he reaches the age of 84.

In September 2018, Todd Lands was honored as the REALTOR of the Year by the Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS. Although he did not aim for this achievement, Todd feels grateful and humbled by the recognition from his peers. His dedication to his profession was acknowledged in 2004 when he received the Pillar Award for Real Estate Professional of the Year from the Washtenaw County Home Builder.
