About Todd

Todd’s family moved to Lexington in 1983 for his father, David Lyle, to become one of the physicians at Lexington Family Practice in its early beginnings. Todd attended Lexington public schools and graduated from Lexington High School in 1999 and then graduated from The Citadel in 2003 with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.

After graduation, Todd was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army National Guard and traveled to Fort Rucker, Alabama to attend Flight School where he became qualified in the OH-58 and AH-64D (Apache) helicopters. After earning his wings, Todd returned to Lexington and started a small business real estate company. Throughout the rest of the 2000s, Todd participated in over 200+ real estate transactions. Todd remains an Aviation Officer in the reserves and currently holds the rank of Major. Following a year-long deployment to Iraq, in which Todd earned the Bronze Star and Air Medal, he attended and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the USC School of Law.

Along with co-owning Todd Realty Partners, Todd also serves the Town of Lexington as a member of the Council. Todd also practices law at The Lyle Law Firm, LLC, in Lexington, SC. Utilizing his law practice, Todd is also able to aggressively negotiate with creditors and facilitates short sales as both an agent and as an attorney.

Todd and his wife, Kim, have been married since 2006 and have a daughter and a son. Todd and his family are active at Radius Church in Lexington. Todd is also proud to serve the community as a board member of Mission Lexington.
