About Todd
Todd moved to Atlanta from Indiana after completing his Bachelor’s Degree at Indiana University – Bloomington. “My brother had a couch” was his reasoning for moving to a city he had never been to before. Having lived in several different areas of the city prior to settling down in the Oakhurst neighborhood in Decatur, Todd is familiar with all areas of Metro Atlanta and provides residential and commercial services throughout the region.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Todd spent 12 years overseeing all aspects of the title department for one of the largest real estate law firms in the Southeast. Having been mentored and coached by several of the most highly acclaimed real estate coaches and legal minds in the industry, Todd has made a high-level commitment to his real estate education and provides a wide array of standard buyer/seller representation services as well as numerous highly specialized services such as title exams, title review/clearance, tax issues, land acquisition, complex financial modeling, and a comprehensive due diligence checklist for developers and investors.
