Todd Merkow

A career sports and media executive, Todd came to the Valley in 1996 as general manager, launching the regional sports network, FOX Sports Arizona. Since then, Todd has gone on to manage regional sports networks in Los Angeles, overseeing the strategic design and operation of a national sports network's digital media division, and has led his own consulting practice.

His return to the Valley in 2004 as a resident of North Scottsdale provides Todd with a deep understanding of the market. And with years of experience in negotiating multi-million-dollar TV rights, distribution, and sponsorship deals, has laid the groundwork to bring together skills that benefit his clients as buyers or sellers of residential properties.

Todd's business philosophy all boils down to one thing, relationships. "To be successful in any business it's all about building relationships with customers and partners. Success is properly defined when a deal creates winners on both sides, that is the greatest outcome of any transaction."
