Prior to launching his real estate career, Todd attained a degree in business and finance from Humboldt State University, where he also played college baseball. After graduating, he worked extensively in construction and gained an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market as an investor. A lifelong sports fan and natural team leader, Todd has also consistently coached high school athletics—both baseball and basketball.
“My experience in construction and real estate investing has given me a comparative advantage in getting the most value out of each transaction,” says Todd. “My ability to understand certain characteristics about a property and the value it provides can help guide clients towards a successful investment—and away from a potentially problematic decision.”
In his free time, Todd enjoys sponsoring and playing for a local co-ed softball team, hiking Arizona’s scenic trails, riding his Can-Am offroad side by side, golfing, camping and spending time outside with his wife Nisha, kids (Jeter, Maddux, and Adeline), and their two miniature schnauzers. Todd is also a devoted car enthusiast and enjoys drag racing and kart racing. Todd has also contributed to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital for over a decade.
