About Todd
As an Overland Park, Kansas resident, for 35 years, Todd Ohlde is familiar with Kansas real estate. He is a committed, honest, and adventurous real estate agent that you can trust. He believes it is his mission to help you uncover what is important when buying or selling a home.
As a realtor since 1999, Todd has seen buyer’s markets, seller’s markets, new home construction, and land sales. He has enjoyed the highs and survived the lows, becoming known for diligence and integrity, as well as his straightforward and authentic communication. Todd’s clients trust him to represent them because of his competitiveness, analytical perspective, and clear facilitation, allowing them to make informed decisions.
Todd’s mission, vision, and values: A commitment to you, the client, and the community, is to build relationships based on trust and integrity. His vision is to be your realtor for life — so when you think of real estate, you think of him. Todd’s foundational values are God, family, and then a business focused on service and results to help you realize your dreams, as well as his own.
Home is where the heart is—and in Todd’s opinion, which is with family. When he is not helping clients sell or buy a home, he is spending time with family. He is a leader for the Boy Scouts of America, as well as a coach for both baseball and soccer. He loves spending his time traveling with family, snow skiing, and cycling. And of course, as a K-State graduate and long-time resident of Kansas, he is a huge K-State Wildcats and Kansas City Chiefs fan.
