About Todd
Todd has held an active real estate license for the last 22 years. He has served as the President of the 33,000+ Realtors of the PA Association of Realtors (the first president from Bucks County in 44 years and the fourth ever from the county) and most recently as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives where he championed legislation to help preserve the dream of home ownership and protect the real estate industry. He is a partner in a property management company, TNT Real Estate Solutions, LLC where he helps investors grow wealth through the purchase, sale and management of real estate. Awarded Bucks County's Realtor of the Year in 2010, Todd Polinchock is a two time recipient of The Intelligencer's "Best of Bucks Mont - Best Realtor Award" as well as BucksHappening.com's "One of the Best - Realtors Award". He has received the PA Association of Realtors Excellence Award for professionalism, quality service and integrity to his clients.
Commander Polinchock is a United States Naval Academy graduate and a twenty year Navy aircraft carrier pilot. He flew over 75 combat hours over Iraq during Operation Desert Storm. He retired from the Navy as a full Commander.
Upon retirement, Commander Polinchock gave up his aircraft for a desk to pursue his love for real estate. He quickly grew a top producing real estate team. He has sold over 200 properties valued at over $75 million. As an industry leader, Todd has served as the 2009 President of the Bucks County Association of Realtors and the Chairman of the Board of the Suburban Realtors Alliance of Southeastern Pennsylvania (representing 13,000 Realtors).
He has two children, daughter Emily (25) and son Nicholas (21). He is an avid golfer (although not very good.)
His passion is to help his clients grow wealth through timely real estate sales, purchases and efficient management of clients portfolios.
