Todd Porteous

Todd is the Branch Manager of the five Monterey Peninsula Regional offices. He has been a successful independent real estate agent since 2004. As a sales associate he achieved International Presidents Circle and most recently named in the top 100 managers with Coldwell Banker Realty. Todd has many years of sales and management experience helping others achieve their goals is the biggest reward he can receive.

As a native of Californian, he grew up in Santa Cruz and has lived on the Monterey Peninsula since 1984. Todd has deep roots in the community and previously held a position with the Monterey Historic Preservation Commission. He believes in preserving the natural beauty that surrounds the Monterey Peninsula and their Marine Sanctuary.

Todd prides himself on offering help to independent agents so that they can identify their own individual strengths, focusing on opportunities for their achievement, goals and professional growth. Honesty, integrity and professionalism is the mantra by which he lives by a "Win-Win" for all parties.
