Todd is a Broker for the KritsonisLindor team with a strong history in relationship-building and community service. Coming from a successful career in luxury resorts including his long-standing leadership role at the renowned Rainier Club, Todd has built a career in real estate based on trust, artfully facilitated negotiations and exceptional service. As a member of a multigenerational family of builders, developers and real estate professionals Todd leverages his building knowledge with his natural sense of connecting people into smooth and successful real estate transactions. Todd enjoys cooking and creating craft cocktails with his family and friends. Gardening, biking, hiking and pickleball are some of his favorites. He always enjoys trips to the beaches of SoCal & SoFlo and the mountains of Colorado.
