Really Reliable Realtor! Todd provided top notch service throughout the entire process of selling and buying. Response time was super speedy, if not immediate. His guidance was invaluable. I am confident that we would not be currently sitting in the home of our dreams if it weren’t for Todd’s expert advice. We told him what we hoped to achieve during our first meeting. We had lofty hopes, but Todd was undaunted. In the end he guided us smoothly to close on what was an at times treacherous selling process. He topped that off with expertly assisting in finding and securing the home that exceeded our expectations in every case….condition, size, yard and neighborhood. He knew how to make sure our offer was the one chosen. We hoped for a lot, not truly believing it could all happen, but Todd worked hard for us to make sure it did. I came upon Todd through a Google review and the consistent 5-star reviews here should indicate he's the real deal.

My experience with Todd has been exceptional. Upon listing my home on the market, Todd was able to source several competitive offers almost immediately. Afterwards, he provided expert advice and guidance on which offer to take.

We dealt with a difficult situation throughout the closing process. However, Todd went above and beyond to pursue the closing to the best of his abilities and, perhaps more commendable, deal with my griping for the better half of 2 months (sorry Todd!)

I cannot recommend Todd enough. He's by far the best real estate agent I've worked with over the years.

I needed to move in with my mom to take care of her. My home was not in the best shape for sale, and I did not have the funds to fix it up. My bank recommended trying a short sale.
My friend gave me Todd’s name and we made a appointment for the next day.
He saw positive aspects of my home That I didn’t see. The house went on sale December 18th, the closing was Feb 6th. His write up on my house was wonderful and very creatively funny. He also got $12,000 more than what we where asking. He always got right back to me when I left a message. Met me anytime day or night.
I have and will continue to recommend he to my friends and family. He made what could have been a hard situation in to a great experience.

Todd Sargent is the best -- and kindest -- real estate agent I have ever worked with (and I am 80 years old). My house was for rent, not for sale, meaning no large fee would be realized for the realtors, as there would for a sale. Nevertheless Todd gave me as much time and attention as he would to any seller. He is extremely knowledgable, attentive to detail, and ready to answer questions anytime. I was immediately comfortable with him and confident in him. And talk about going above and beyond: When my attic light burned out he grabbed a ladder, went up the stairs and changed the bulb!

To say Todd is a professional would be a massive understatement. From start to finish this man handled my situation completely flawless. I did not know Todd whatsoever but once he picked up my phone call we were already on the same page and ready to go. Within days we had my home professionally photographed, show-ready and listed on all major websites. Had a massive open house the very first weekend. By the end of the weekend we had 3 couldn’t refuse offers and it was done. I would recommend Todd 100/100 times.
