Todd’s journey in real estate is as much about people as it is about business. A native of Arizona for over 25 years, he’s built an intricate understanding of the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Metropolitan areas—experiences enriched by his time spent in hospitality, sales, marketing, and property management. But Todd’s real strength lies in his ability to connect with others and approach each client’s goals with empathy, insight, and a customized strategy.
As an alumnus of the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Todd graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, alongside minors in International Business and Tourism Development & Management. His studies took him to Florence, Italy, where he lived for seven months, immersing himself in diverse cultures and gaining a global perspective that has shaped his approach to business.
Beyond his business acumen, Todd has walked through significant life challenges, including grief and loss, which has given him a deeper understanding of what it means to grow through adversity. These experiences have instilled in him a passion for helping others live fully, embracing the potential for growth in all aspects of life. He believes in building genuine relationships and offering service that transcends mere transactions, because at the end of the day, it’s about the people and the impact they make on each other’s lives.
