Todd lives in the Wrigleyville neighborhood with his wife and two daughters. Todd is originally from Northern California, but moved to Chicago in 1992 to attend Loyola University.

It's been 2 months since we signed our lease and I still call on Todd for recommendations. Todd went absolutely above and beyond what we were expecting when looking for an apartment to rent. My wife, daughter, and I moved up to Chicago from Virginia and Todd took care of us through the whole transition. Having a child, we were concerned about moving into a good neighborhood. Todd, having children of his own, was extremely knowledgable on which neighborhoods would be a good fit and which would not. He would tell us straight up if he would live there or not. Besides just being knowledgable of the city and the surrounding areas, Todd was an absolute blast to go house hunting with. He is extremely engaging, very funny, and just a pleasure to be around. We strongly recommend Todd to anyone looking to move. Whether its just renting an apartment or buying a house, Todd will take care of you 100%.

Todd was referred to us from a friend. That in itself spoke volumes to us. He not only lived up to the tremendous expectations that we had but far exceeded them. His sole desire was to make sure that we felt cared for throughout the daunting process of selling our only home and purchasing our new one. And he did just that. He provided great advice and showed tremendous wisdom with the answers he gave to our questions. Todd is a fabulous realtor and a consummate professional. I would recommend Todd to anyone I knew who was in the market of buying or selling a home.

My husband and I travel a lot and our last move was our relocation from South Africa to the USA. We have dealt with so many realtors (selling, buying and renting) and we were dreading this process because of so many previous bad experiences. We were pleasantly surprised that Todd was the exact opposite. He's very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and he really listens to what we want. He helped us find the perfect rental townhouse. When my husband and I finally decide to buy we will definitely use him. The entire process felt like hanging out with a friend who wanted the best for us. I highly recommend him.
