Todd Simning

Todd M. Simning, President, has been with Kroiss Development since its inception. Todd has more than 28 years of building, development, construction and real estate experience. His consistent leadership skills, strong work ethic and drive have contributed to the success of many ventures. With a bachelor of science in economics (mathematics and political science emphasis) from the University of Minnesota, Todd also holds multiple licenses and designations including:
