Todd Sims

Todd Sims is a lifelong Mississippian whose roots, experience, and values are deeply connected to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Originally from Starkville, Mississippi, Todd has proudly called the Gulf Coast home for more than 30 years. He is a graduate of Long Beach High School and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. He comes with a strong work ethic and commitment to the local community.
For over three decades, Todd has been a successful business owner, gaining firsthand knowledge of leadership, financial responsibility, and long-term planning. Alongside his business career, he has been actively involved in property development, where he understands property values, market trends, and the importance of smart, informed decision-making. This combination of entrepreneurial experience and property insight allows Todd to bring a well-rounded, knowledgeable perspective to his work as a real estate agent.
Todd is a proud resident of Gulfport, where he and his wife, Ginger, have raised five beautiful children. Todd takes great pride in the fact that all of their children have chosen to build their lives right here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. His strong family ties reinforce his appreciation for great neighborhoods, schools, and the qualities that turn a house into a home.
Community involvement has always been important to Todd. He has spent many years involved in youth softball, coaching his own children’s teams and providing hitting lessons to young athletes across the coast. His passion for mentorship and teamwork recently led him to accept a coaching position with the softball program at Saint Patrick High School, where he continues to give back to his community.
When he is not working or coaching, Todd enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and making memories with his family. His deep local knowledge, strong relationships, and genuine commitment to serving others make him a trusted guide for clients navigating the real estate process. Todd understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction, it’s a milestone, and he is dedicated to helping clients feel confident, informed, and supported each step of the way.
