Todd Solomon is as a Licensed Associate Broker with over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Todd was the CEO of Icon Bancorp, a Mortgage Bank licensed in the states of New York and Florida. Todd was instrumental in building the banks mortgage lending division, new construction financing division, and managing and marketing the banks real estate owned properties. As CEO of the bank, he was able to successfully organize and fund over $1,000,000,000 in real estate transactions. Todd successfully arranged and sold Icon Bancorp's asset portfolio and intellectual property at a premium to a fortune 500 company.

This experience has enabled Todd to properly value and market real estate and has also made him a strong strategic negotiator when representing either sellers or buyers.
