Todd Sontagh

Mr. Todd B. Sontagh, a licensed real estate broker since 2001, is the company’s President, whose leadership and real estate investment experience has carefully guided Sunday Real Estate Group in acquiring undervalued single family homes while building equity in the company’s overall assets. While focusing on labor efficiency and well leased properties, the company has experienced tremendous growth and increased value. Mr. Sontagh also oversees the construction process and property management.

Prior to founding SREG, Mr. Sontagh was an owner/operator of a successful Re/Max real estate office and has participated in over 500+ real estate transactions, specializing in investment real estate. He’s also active in purchasing, rehabbing, and selling single family homes for profit.

Mr. Sontagh is a graduate of West Chester University and has honorably served in the United States Army.
