I worked with Todd Sprague on the sale of two properties in Denver. The first was our primary residence which we sold to to moving out of state, and the second was a rental condo we sold for the same reason. On the sale of our house, the process was perfect. Todd gave us suggestions on how to stage it for the sale, held an open house on a Saturday and a Sunday, got an offer on that Monday, and we closed on a date of our choosing. It could not have been smoother. On the sale of the condo, there were a few bumps in the road that popped up, but Todd keep us informed on what they were, how best to navigate them, and that closing, although delayed a bit, went off without a problem due to his cool and steady hand working through the issues, and his gudiance on how to resolve them. If you are looking for an agent in the Denver Metro area, I would highly recommend Todd Sprague.

Todd is the most knowledgeable and professional agent I have ever heard of.

Todd has listened and answered every concern and has gone far above expected in finding just the right home for me. He has worked tirelessly and patiently, helping with packing, storage, repairs, assisting with insurance concerns, finding handymen, painters, electricians, roofers, junk removers, etc. And in this hectic process he has kept me well-informed and calm. He has worked in my best interest, sacrificing hours of time in finding my new home. He is honest, caring, and loyal to his clients. I HIGHLY recommend Todd.
