I am a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities with a real working knowledge of the entire metro area.  Being a licensed Broker and representing a builder for over a decade has given me a knowledge base that few can pull from.  In addition to this I also have had a Minnesota Contractor’s License; am a Certified Distressed Property Expert; SFR Certified; and a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame.  This knowledge combined with a hands on approach has given me a real understanding of how the entire process works from the hole being dug to the handshake after closing.  This allows for potential issues to be identified long before they become a problem that can't be resolved.
Whether looking for your first house or 10th, I bring a skill set to the table that few agents can. Many of my clients are investors who take advantage of my investment experience along with construction knowledge to make informed decisions on where, how, and what to buy.
I currently live in Lino Lakes with my kids, Jessica and Nick. Jessica is in 11th grade and Nick is in 9th, and both are taking full advantage of the many opportunities that Centennial School District and this area have to offer.
